This blog records the progress of the friends of Harry Tuttle as we create together a social media café for London.
We hold an informal meeting for anyone with an interest in the social web every Friday from 10am to midday-ish. Nobody will tell you what to talk about, whom to talk to, when to stand up, when to sit down – there is no structure except for a pause at 11am for anyone who has an announcement for the whole group to take the floor (briefly!!!)
We’re currently in Phase VII (ish) of our “prototyping” – after 6 months residency at the Coach & Horses in Greek Street, Soho, we moved our regular Friday morning session to the ICA in The Mall, SW1 but after a year there, we had a nomadic period for a few months before we set up shop in the University of London’s Centre for Creative Collaboration then we toured London’s Southbank at the Royal Festival Hall and the National Theatre. We spent a few months meeting in the boardroom at Z/Yen next to the Guildhall but now we’ve settled into the basement restaurant at the London Capital Club, 15 Abchurch Lane, EC4N 7BW- however a check of the twitter search for #tuttle will always give you the latest news or e-mail Lloyd (lloyd “dot” davis at gmail “dot” com).
Our wiki used to be the place where work in progress happens – this blog tries to take snapshots of it as we go along.

We’ve chosen Harry Tuttle as our hero – if you don’t know who Harry Tuttle is, you need to watch this video.
That was very very cool. hahaha..
Anymore where that came from?
Just a little… complication (my favourite line)
Great movie. “You’re a good man in a tight corner.” Words to aspire to!

Hi
Can someone advise when the next London event is being held for the Tuttle Club and the time/venue?
Cheers
James
Next time I’m in London I’ll have to come by but I’ll give a bit more notice than uncle Harry likes to do.

@James we meet every Friday morning at the ICA. If you search for #tuttle on twitter or follow @lloyddavis you’ll be able to keep up to date with what’s going on and confirmation of where we’re meeting that Friday. Just occasionally we meet at Inn the Park which is a few minutes walk from the ICA.
