Largely because the point at which someone becomes thought of as an 'A lister' coincides in most cases with the point at which they stop having conversations with anyone, and start broadcasting their own legend on a daily basis. The wonder and beauty of tuttle and CCC is that such things are done away with - it's a level playing field in which people come together from such incredibly disparate backgrounds and share ideas and inspiration.
